The Esplanade Community's property values are protected by recorded Covenants. A copy of the Protective Covenants is available on this website. These Covenants prohibit placing signs in the Community that have not been approved by the Architectural Control Authority.
Property owners, their authorized representatives, Licensed Residential Homebuilding Contractors and Licensed Real Estate Agents under contract with Esplanade Community property owners can obtain an approved sign by ordering it below.
HOW TO OBTAIN AN APPROVED SIGN
Please fill out the online form below and submit it.
The website administrator will acknowledge receipt of your order and send an invoice by email. The invoice can be paid by clicking a link within that email that will take you to the payment portal. Payment can be made using a major credit card, a bank debit card, PayPal or a direct bank account debit at no additional charge.
When the website administrator receives the payment, a proof of your sign will be sent to you for your review and correction/approval. After final approval, the sign will be produced and delivered to the orderer typically within 72 hours. Examples are provided below.
